BracketEars was founded with the core values of honesty and integrity.  As such we seek to work only with partners around the world who share in this vision.  BracketEars and our subcontractors must deal with their employees in a legal, equitable, and ethical manner.  We seek to do business with subcontractors that comply with the laws of the United States and the countries where our products are manufactured, distributed, bought and sold.  Any breach of these laws may be deemed a breach of our manufacturing agreement and as such BracketEars will maintain the right to terminate the relationship with the violating company.

 

BracketEars requires that all suppliers and subcontractors must treat their employees with respect and dignity.  No employee shall be subject to physical, sexual, or psychological abuse.  We will not purchase products or components thereof from suppliers that use forced labor, whether in the form of prison labor, indentured labor or bonded labor.  We will not purchase products or components manufactured by persons younger than 15 years of age or younger than the age of completing compulsory education in the country of manufacture where such age is higher than 15.

 

BracketEars will not tolerate discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, or social or ethnic origin.  Our suppliers and subcontractors must provide a safe and healthy working environment.  Suppliers and subcontractors must fully comply with all applicable workplace conditions and laws.

 

Finally, suppliers and subcontractors must comply with all environmental rules, regulations and standards applicable to their operations.
